Records

1. Add a family member — Click "+ Add Member" and fill in the relation (e.g. "mother") and any health info.
2. Log health info — Add known conditions, current medications, and allergies using the tag inputs.
3. Keep it updated — Re-save the same relation + name to update an existing member's record.
4. Back up your data — Use the Export or Backup links in the sidebar anytime.

All data is stored locally in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
