Relation + name uniquely identify a member. Re-adding updates them.
Getting Started
  1. Add a family member — Fill in the relation (e.g. "mother") and optionally a name, sex, and age.
  2. Log health info — Add known conditions, current medications, and allergies using the tag inputs.
  3. Keep it updated — Re-submit the same relation + name to update an existing member's record.
  4. Back up your data — Use the export or backup buttons in the sidebar anytime.

All data is stored locally in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
